In this project we opted for a large, spacious and versatile room, which offered the possibility of working, watching television and eating. Being the main space of the house, it communicates on the front with a portal and on the back with a small covered terrace.

Mediterranean Style House Plans with Simple 3 Bedrooms, American Kitchen, Terrace and Pool
Below we have a project for a mediterranean house with pool included. This project occupies a usable area of 240 square meters and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
One of the CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN HOUSES is strictly linked to the external natural environment, which includes the use of water (in swimming pools, fountains, etc.), and the design of external landscaping. This example shows both resources.
It is very common to find vases of plants and climbers that give us access to the Mediterranean-style houses, as you can see in this plant, somehow hiding the location of the bathroom.
To enter the house, we have a wide access portal, and later we enter directly into the room. The three fundamental spaces with a social and service function (living room, dining room and kitchen) are located in a certain way independent.
The american kitchen, slightly open to the living room (bem separated) is U-shaped and closely related to the main terrace.
The independent dining room has a small terrace that improves its lighting and natural internal cross ventilation, at the same time that offers the possibility of going outside.
Depending on the interior decoration, you can place more than one janela in the dining room, further improving that aspect.
The main space of this project can be the central terrace and the pool. In both areas, elements of the architectural project are included to provide shade , such as a pergola with a wooden structure and medium-height trees with large foliage.
The model house, 20 meters long by 10 meters and about 10 meters wide, is completed with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a WC with access to the pool beach and a small laundry room.
If it is not comfortable, the location of two rooms in the direction of the main entrance portal, the ground floor of the house could be rotated and the location of the main entrance door could be moved.
Likewise, this FLOOR PLAN WITH POOL could be in mediterranean style design.
Following this idea, the exit doors to the terrace on the right could be placed in the rooms, eliminating the exit from the room. It is a possible and optional idea.

Simple 3 Bedroom House Plans with Garage and Pool
More examples of Mediterranean houses with plants. This proposal presents a wide entrance portal, with vented doors that open to allow a very direct relationship between the interior and exterior, with the added value of cross ventilation.
The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are integrated, in a total and ample space. A dividing wall separates the kitchen from the external views and, in turn, creates a kind of hall with a mobile to place and hang objects or clothes.
At the end, there is a terrace with a swimming pool, a simple and symmetrical open space outside, conducive to rest and relaxation.

The Mediterranean style of houses is being increasingly supported in regions with a temperate and tropical climate, due to the bioclimatic benefits that this architectural style (of houses) offers.
