5×7 Bathroom Layout with Shower
First idea to layout a 5×7 feet bathroom, being perhaps the most common in our HOME DESIGN PLANS.

With entrance door at one end, the toilets are attached to a single wall, in a logical order: from most used to least frequently used.
A 5×7 bathroom is really small, so interior design strategy should consider it.
One of the first ideas that may arise is to decorate a white bathroom, and it wouldn’t be bad.

However, they can be combined with other shades, gray and light, to achieve the same goal, to expand the space.
A key insight is that reducing the number of material transitions can create a sense of visual bulkiness, and help open up the space significantly.

Considerations for Bathroom Design with 5×7 feet.
Before, let’s look at some considerations for rethinking bathroom furniture, and expressing the measurements on a construction plan, according to international regulations:
- In these proposals, measures (more usual) of bathroom furniture are described.
- Basin: 520 x 370mm.
- Toilet: 420 x 710mm.
- The dimension for the separation of furniture must be to the axis of the furniture, since the width of the toilet and the sink can vary slightly.
- The width of the opening (hole without frames), for the entrance door to the bathroom, must be 700mm.
- The minimum width of a shower (or shower tray) must be 700mm (70 cm).
- The space that results in front of each piece of furniture is the minimum possible, due to the bathroom measurements that we are analyzing.
