The following is an example of three-story house plans with measurements of 8×8 meters. On the ground floor (or semi-basement) we have the garage spaces, the stairs box and two places to store products, different household items and objects.
The first level consists of the social and service areas. For example, the living room and dining room are integrated, constituting a large space. The kitchen is located independently separated by two dividing walls. The first level bathroom is a full bathroom with all the amenities.
The house with stairs is centrally located (coinciding with the basement floor). All these spaces are naturally ventilated and lit.
On the upper level, 3 rooms and a large bathroom with two internal spaces are distributed. Likewise, all spaces have natural ventilation and lighting.
The stairs can continue to the roof, to have access to the outside.
