Concrete Prefab House Plans
Small Manufactured Homes Floor Plans- Area 27 sqm
This small prefabricated concrete house occupies an area of 27 m2 and houses inside a living room-kitchen in an integrated space, a complete bathroom and a bedroom. Its length by width dimensions are 9×3 meters and it is 3.5 meters high.
Its design is completely made of precast and reinforced concrete, and includes insulation material on its walls and gabled roof, especially for controlling the interior temperature.
A characteristic of this concrete housing model is that it presents folding cement panels, like a shell, which when opened reveal the aluminum and glass doors and windows.
This prefabricated concrete house design has a (sale) price of 42,800 euros in Spain.
As can be seen in the image, the prefabricated house has been transported to its final location to be hoisted as a unitary block.

Small Modular Home Plan with 1 Bedroom and Garage
Prefabricated House Plan of 30 square meters
This model of prefabricated house or modular house, with one floor, has 30 square meters. Inside it distributes the following spaces:
The design of the house is formed from the location of 2 containers of 6 × 2.45 meters, arranged in “L”. This can be seen in the floor plan with furniture.
Subsequently, the covered garage area with pergolas was added, which could be made with different materials such as wood or concrete itself, that is, easily available materials in the construction area.

Small Modular House with 15 m2 (200 sq ft)
More and more people prefer a Small Modular Home instead of investing in a larger traditional house.
To give an example, the average area of a traditional home ranges from 70 to 200 square meters of useful surface. However, currently there are many people at a young age, preferring to live in a house with 50 SQUARE METERS.
In the following example, a small modular housing plan is shown that does not exceed 15 square meters of usable area.
It is a small modular house, with the dimensions of a container 6 meters long by 2.40 meters wide (20-foot shipping container) that houses the minimum essential spaces that a home must have.
