Plans of modern one-story houses with measures of 10 × 20 meters . It is a modern design of a one-story house with a garage and a terrace, which has a useful area of 170 square meters .
The modern façade is characterized by cantilevered roofs, forming eaves that protect the access to the house and at the same time the main façade. A wide portal is protected in this way.
In the façade design, visible materials such as red brick, hot-rolled steel metal beams, metal carpentry (access door and garage door) and smoothed white cement are combined.
Towards the interior of we have a clearly zoned floor plan, with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the left, the garage on the right and the social area that is located at the end, made up of the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the terrace.
The garden area that is located on the left, entering, combines by contrast with the red brick wall, and the metal beams of the roofs at different levels.
In the functional design of the house and its façade, an exterior side corridor can be included (or not), which gives direct access from the interior of the garage to the back terrace.
This is done without affecting the design of the façade, without the need to place door types that may appear slightly out of scale or out of context.

One last idea (for now) of TINY house plans. It is a plan measuring 6 meters wide by 14 meters long (6×14 meter plan), which has a garage and interior patio.
This floor only includes a bedroom, but it has been conceived so that it has progressive growth. That is, the house initially built with a single room, could be later expanded with a second bedroom, and even a second full bathroom. All this in the area occupied by the interior patio.
