Analyzing the following example, of 5.5 x 6.5 meters, we see that the main entrance is produced directly towards the living room, which in turn, is integrated with the dining room and the kitchen, in the same fluid space.
The space of the house is managed quite well, reducing the areas expressly for circulation, without affecting functionality.

The following is a small L-shaped housing scheme of 7.5 x 6 meters and 33 square meters of usable area. The entrance occurs from a porch and towards an access hall, so it is not made directly towards the main spaces.
That is, in such a small house, there is a transition between inside and outside. This access hall serves to distribute to the bathroom and kitchen – dining room.
The kitchen and dining room are located in the same relatively large area. Perhaps, the bedroom is a bit far from the bathroom, in such a small house.
2 Bedroom 30 sqm House Floor Plan
The following scheme of a 35 m2 house does include two rooms, in addition to all the social and service spaces of a dwelling. A very functional and compact solution.
The kitchen and bathroom are located to the right as service spaces. The living room and dining room virtually make up another functional area. In the middle, the circulation corridor that connects all spaces.

Despite having only 3 main rooms, in just 32 m2 it is possible to place two chairs and a dresser inside the bedroom, for greater comforts, such as a TV set, among others.

A house scheme on land about 30 square meters. We enter through a corridor that leads to the social area, which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The same corridor, also distributes to a fourth and complete bathroom.
Although this is not necessary on the ground floor (with only a half bathroom it would be functional), it is something that is appreciated.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are naturally lit from 3 windows located on 3 different walls.

After going up, we reach a hall from where we can access another full bathroom, and the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a dressing room.

Another example of a house of 30 square meters with two floors. In this case, the entrance leads directly to the integrated living-dining-kitchen space, so there is no transition space.
On the ground floor there is also a half bathroom and a small closet, in addition to the space for the stairs.
The u-shaped STAIR DESIGN (with 2 flights) bring us to the upper level, that presents a very clear and defined layout, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a closet for general use.

Another housing scheme of 33 square meters, in this case it has exactly 330 sqm. A small hall, but which fulfills the function of a visual screen, serves as an entrance.
Next, the living room-dining room-kitchen has all the necessary functionalities of a good SMALL HOUSE DESIGN.

This apartment idea has 35 square meters, a little more area than the previous ones.
The scheme is very simple, with an entrance hall that connects the other spaces: to the right the full bathroom, to the front the bedroom, and to the left the living room-dining room-kitchen.

Another example of a 30 square meter plan with measurements. Here you enter through the kitchen, which is integrated with the dining space.
The bedroom is relatively spacious, with space to place two comfortable chairs inside, in addition to the double bed and the wardrobe or closet. The full bathroom completes the distribution on the ground floor.

Distribution for a prefabricated house of 320 square feet with two rooms, on a small plot of land. In an area of 6×6 meters it is not possible to place more than what is shown here.
For example, the living room – dining room has an area of 8.7 m2 and within this space the following furniture is located:
- 960mm wide round table.
- Chairs, 4 units of 470mm (long) x 520mm (width) and 420mm (height).
- Double sofa of 1600mm (long) x 700mm (width).
- Seat (kind of visitor chair) 550 x 550mm.
In bedroom 1 we have the following:
- Two single beds of 1930mm (long) x 950mm (width) (so they are not even 2000 long).
- Bedside table of 600 x 500mm.
- Wooden closet or wardrobe of 1800 x 550mm.
In bedroom 2, which is double, we have the following:

In the kitchen, the plateau or worktop is 600mm wide, the refrigerator is 600 x 650mm and the stove with oven is 750 x 650mm.
The bathroom has the minimum necessary measurements with an interior width of 1250mm and a length of 1950mm, with the shower being 700mm wide.
