This housing has been designed using reinforced concrete finished with fine plaster and carpentry (large windows) made of aluminum and glass.

The wide openings covered with floor-to-ceiling glass allow the profuse entry of natural lighting. Something similar has been wanted to do inside the 6×12 meter duplex house, with the design of an interior patio (in some countries called “skate”).

In this way, it is possible to naturally illuminate a large part of the interior space of this beautiful 20×40 ft duplex house with 3 bedrooms. In the same way it allows to improve the interior ventilation in a natural way.

It is a house design with dimensions of 6 meters in front by 12 in dept, it is an example of minimalist architecture with a conscious design using natural light. At the back of the house we find a small pool.

The main façade design and in a general sense the exterior expression is minimalist. White color and light gray tones are used. Slender proportions and vertical lines further enhance the elevations design.

The volumetry is simple and elegant, marked by incoming and outgoing elements that in turn create an aesthetically striking staggering.

Access to the 20×40 feet duplex house with 3 bedrooms is through a door arranged perpendicular to the main façade. 

Immediately we find the living room. A hallway is distributing the spaces of the staircase, a half bathroom and the dining room – kitchen. The inner courtyard becomes an articulator and a distributor of light and fresher air .

Said interior patio separates the living room from the dining room and the kitchen, which have more privacy. The stairs, with a contemporary and minimalist design, are behind the TV set.

The minimalist interior design, modern and elegant, uses the right and necessary ornamentation, where the white color of the walls and the color and texture of the wood on the floors, stairs and some furniture prevail.

The furniture in the living room in light gray and other exposed wood complement the design of tones and colors, trying to achieve a pleasant balance.

This two-story house plan has access to the backyard from the kitchen. The backyard has a mini pool.

At the back of this 20 by 40-foot two-story house is a garden area with a small pool. It also includes a covered area for washing clothes and others. Both from the kitchen and from the dining room there is direct access to the garden area.

This two-story, three-bedroom house also has a half bathroom for the social spaces, that is, the ground floor, and a full bathroom upstairs for bedrooms.
